Miratech Group is seeking an Organisational Design Consultant to help define ownership and maintenance for client knowledge content. This part time engagement spans two to three months and requires coordination with a wider consulting team. You will map current structures, assess gaps, and design a RACI matrix at named-role level. The project delivers a target operating model, role profiles, and transition plans with governance alignment.
