Rexel seeks an experienced Automotive Electrical Sourcing and Category Manager for strategic sourcing, category management, and supply-chain initiatives. This role develops strategies supporting availability, cost competitiveness, quality, profitability, and continuity. Collaboration spans suppliers, customers, sales, procurement, operations, engineering, marketing, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sourcing and category plans for automotive electrical products
- Assess supply risks, capacity, lead times, and material availability
- Monitor commodity pricing and automotive electrical market conditions
- Improve Kanban, Just-in-Time, and demand-driven inventory practices




- Lead supplier reviews and cross-functional performance discussions

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, procurement, engineering, or related discipline
- Three to ten years in sourcing, procurement, or category management
- Automotive electrical, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
