As Project Controls Lead, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on oversight across projects ranging from $50M to $1B+. Work with operations and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, while mentoring project controls team members in the field. Apply data-driven insights, robust systems, and proactive decision-making to complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complex Excel reports for internal and external distribution
- Analyze and present data through progress monitoring tools
- Track milestones, deadlines, schedules, and project progress
- Set up control budgets and monitor productivity against budget




- Implement Ledcor systems, progress draws, and cost accounting

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
- Seven-plus years’ project controls experience in industrial construction
- Experience leading cost and schedule controls on major projects
- Advanced knowledge of earned value and performance measurement
- Strong Primavera P6 and InEight experience Bring industrial project controls leadership, cost expertise, scheduling discipline, and data analysis to Ledcor’s site-based projects.
