Build advanced financial models and AI-enabled analysis as JLL’s Senior FP&A; Analyst, working in office in Montreal or Toronto. Turn complex results into executive insights. This senior analyst position supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting. You will prepare consolidated reports, analyze EBITDA and NOI, and develop scenario-based models. The role also uses Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to improve reporting and business communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quarterly forecasts and annual budget consolidation
- Build scenario and sensitivity-based financial models
- Prepare variance analyses for senior management and clients
- Translate performance into presentations, dashboards, and narratives




- Support strategic planning with driver-based forecasts

Requirements:
- University degree in business, finance, or related field
- Three to five years of progressive FP&A; experience
- Expert financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools
- CPA designation or active pursuit strongly preferred Bring financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical communication expertise to JLL’s senior FP&A; function in Montreal or Toronto.
