Guide architects and technical designers across complex client work. As a Senior Architect, you will manage client, team, and project coordination for commercial design projects. Your work will connect structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and civil consultants with clients, contractors, and officials. You will provide technical guidance while supporting lifestyle projects, including retail, hospitality, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architects and technical designers on architectural projects
- Coordinate clients, teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Provide technical solutions for complex design challenges




- Maintain project manuals and technical specifications
- Document site visits, submittals, substitutions, and construction RFIs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 10+ years in a commercial design firm
- Licensed Architect with lifestyle project experience
- Experience with Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of codes, standards, construction, and structures Bring licensed architectural leadership, technical coordination, and Revit expertise to Gensler’s commercial design projects from concept through construction.
