Key Responsibilities
- Coach discovery, value building, objections, pricing, and booking requests
- Review recorded calls, quotes, and Closed Lost opportunities
- Provide live coaching on high-value and difficult opportunities
- Develop training, individual coaching plans, and RS onboarding
- Monitor targets, schedules, coverage, attendance, and pipeline activity

Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years directly managing salespeople
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
- Proven results against measurable sales targets
- Solid phone selling, negotiation, KPI, CRM, and communication skills Build stronger Relocation Specialists through direct coaching, sales analytics, objection handling, and measurable performance accountability.
