This Lead Software Developer role focuses on high-throughput, performance-critical applications. You will design reliable code, lead prototypes and proofs of concept, and own complex long-term projects. Collaboration spans developers, engineers, product managers, internal technical teams, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable application code
- Lead scalable code, prototype, minimum viable product, and PoC development
- Identify architecture improvements and prepare implementation proposals




- Conduct testing and code reviews for quality
- Mentor developers and guide technical execution choices

Requirements:
- Seven-plus years developing and supporting production software using C#/.
NET
- Computer Science, Software Engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in design and architecture for large production systems
- Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, and database optimization
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills Bring C#/.
