Lead enterprise Shopify Plus programs at Teifi Digital, guiding complex initiatives through governance, executive alignment, and coordinated delivery across workstreams. As Program Manager, you own strategic client engagements from inception through completion. You establish program plans, manage executive stakeholders, coordinate Project Managers, and protect financial performance across associated SOWs. Your leadership connects delivery pods, business objectives, critical paths, and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Define program plans, charters, governance models, and delivery structures
- Chair steering committees and executive status reviews
- Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery standards
- Lead Project Managers through direction, accountability,



and mentorship
- Own program budgets, margins, forecasting, invoicing, and collections

Requirements:
- 8+ years managing complex programs or senior projects
- Digital agency, systems integrator, or consultancy experience
- Experience with SOW delivery, utilization, and margin management
- Solid executive communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Shopify Plus or enterprise systems integration background Bring enterprise governance, financial acumen, and Shopify Plus delivery leadership to Teifi Digital’s strategic client programs.
