WSP seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex policy planning work and support growth of its Municipal Planning Practice. The role covers statutory and non-statutory studies, land use visions, regulatory frameworks, and implementable policies. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and advise municipal clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through Council adoption
- Integrate technical studies into land use strategies
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Lead teams of planners and technical specialists
- Develop client relationships, proposals, and new work

Requirements:
- University degree in Planning
- Registered Skilled Planner in Ontario
- Minimum 10 years progressive municipal or consulting experience
- Experience preparing policy and regulatory frameworks
