Lead construction safety compliance onsite with Turner Construction Company, applying EH&S; programs, regulatory knowledge, and risk mitigation expertise. Guide one project toward safer work practices and conditions. As Project Safety Manager, you will lead EH&S; for a single construction project within the business unit’s geographic area. The position requires construction safety experience, regulatory knowledge, training leadership, and corrective-action management. You will support project teams, subcontractors, and Turner Trade employees through site-specific safety programs and practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce EH&S; policies, procedures, programs, and regulatory requirements
- Assess exposures and implement project safety action plans
- Develop and deliver site-specific safe work practice training




- Review subcontractor programs, PTPs, audits, and corrective actions
- Maintain safety reports, metrics, orientations, and toolbox meeting logs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and four years’ related construction safety experience
- CHST certification required or obtained within two years
- OSHA 30-hour training with current First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local EH&S; regulations
