Key Responsibilities:

- Serve buyers and sellers across Barrie and Simcoe County
- Follow up quickly with inbound leads
- Close real estate transactions for clients
- Use team systems, scripts, and checklists
- Work within the team’s round-robin lead system

Requirements:

- Active RECO registration
- TRREB membership or willingness to join
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Solid communication skills with clients
