Lead TD Canada Trust’s New Brunswick District from Moncton, applying coaching and banking leadership across Personal and Commercial Banking.

The District Vice President develops district strategies supporting TD objectives and reports to Regional Vice President Jenn Auld. This executive leads Branch Managers and colleagues, grows market share, improves customer experiences, and contributes to regional leadership. The role also supports business transformation and community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and colleagues
- Execute national and regional strategies across the district
- Oversee branch operational activities and regulatory expectations




- Represent TD through community and customer relationships

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant management experience
- Experience leading teams in distribution channels
- Demonstrated coaching, mentorship, and talent development experience
- Knowledge of operational excellence, expense management, and consumer banking strategies
- Strong communication, analytical, business, and process skills
