The firm advises contractors, developers, subcontractors, professionals and businesses on construction projects, contractual disputes and strategic matters with significant commercial impact. As a Construction Law Lawyer, you will work on a broad range of matters involving both contractual and litigation aspects of construction projects. The role is ideal for a qualified who enjoys technical files, fast-paced environments and mandates requiring a practical, solution-oriented approach. Advise contractors, developers and businesses on construction law matters Handle litigation matters involving construction disputes and contractual liability Draft and revise construction contracts,



subcontracting agreements and related documentation Participate in claims involving construction defects, delays, deficiencies and disputes Lead files involving legal hypothecs and recovery proceedings Develop strategies tailored to technical and commercial project issues Relevant experience in construction law Private practice experience (strong asset) Strong understanding of contractual and technical construction issues Strong legal drafting, negotiation and strategic skills Bilingualism in French and English (asset) Concrete professional development opportunities
