As a Staff Software Engineer, you will define technical direction while shipping production code across the stack. You will turn ambiguous, cross-cutting problems into maintained systems that engineers can extend. The work spans AI-native engineering, architecture, data modeling, and customer-informed product decisions.

Requirements:

- Five or more years building and shipping production software
- Hands-on AI-native engineering experience producing reliable output
