This Bilingual Collections Analyst manages assigned accounts and helps reduce aging and bad debt through practical customer solutions. You will maintain accurate records, investigate past-due balances, and coordinate with Credit, Cash Applications, Customer Service and Sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve past-due balances by identifying underlying account causes
- Partner with customers on payment solutions and timely resolution
- Maintain complete records of collection activity and interactions




- Coordinate with teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt
- Find process improvements that strengthen customer experience

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred for this analyst position
- Fluency in spoken and written English and French
- One-plus years’ relevant experience preferred
- Microsoft Word and Excel working knowledge
