Lightspeed is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer in Montreal to strengthen a consistent global brand through thoughtful visual communication. This hybrid role works in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Reporting to the Managing Art Director, you will contribute to campaign execution and internal and external projects. The work spans social media, product launches, presentations, internal communications, and sales tools. You will collaborate with designers, product marketers, content writers, and marketing managers while supporting Lightspeed’s retail, hospitality, and golf audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent branding across creative deliverables
- Visually communicate products to multiple audiences
- Adapt sales and marketing documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary marketing and creative teams
- Deliver projects within assigned deadlines
Requirements:
- Portfolio showcasing creativity and design quality
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- One year of multidisciplinary design experience required
- Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven outcomes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
