This permanent full time coordinator welcomes customers collecting or selling vehicles at Clutch’s Mississauga location. You are the company’s first in-person contact within its online car-buying process. The position emphasizes customer needs, issue resolution, vehicle condition assessment, paperwork, and tracking-system notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Clutch’s face during customer appointments
- Ensure satisfaction at every appointment touchpoint
- Assess cosmetic and mechanical vehicle aspects
- Record thorough notes in the customer tracking system
- Support teammates with various facility tasks
Requirements:
- At least two years of customer-facing experience
- One-plus automotive industry experience is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
