The Shipping Warehouse Associate coordinates shipping and receiving functions, including itemizing, cataloguing, and accurately stocking inventory. The work includes reports, discrepancy investigations, storage optimization, and communication with production, quality control, purchasing, and warehouse teams. Hours run Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports on work progress and inventory used
- Check container numbers before accepting shipments
- Record product damage before accepting deliveries
- Report packing slip and freight discrepancies
- Participate in inventory cycle counts
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate with supervisors and departments
- Ability to lift regularly up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in moderate to loud noise
- Close vision for warehouse tasks
- Availability Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
