This experienced engineer supports an established manufacturing organization as products move from development into production. You will assess feasibility, coordinate tooling and capital equipment, and maintain manufacturing documentation. The work also includes supplier qualification, component approvals, quality planning, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support new product launches across manufacturing facilities
- Review drawings and support Engineering Change Requests
- Coordinate tooling development through production approval
- Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations,



and Quality
- Identify process, efficiency, and product quality improvements

Requirements:

- Eight to twelve years of relevant engineering experience
- Engineering degree with eligibility for P.Eng designation
- Experience with recent product launches and APQP
- Knowledge of equipment, tooling, and production processes
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Use launch coordination, manufacturing feasibility, and cross-functional leadership to move products successfully into production.
