The Driver FT Incentive position provides transportation support across Canada for LFL Group. Responsibilities include operating company vehicles, checking vehicle condition before, during, and after trips, and documenting route activity. You will also communicate with dispatch, management, and customers when delivery issues arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles before, during, and after assigned trips
- Identify and report mechanical concerns without delay
- Transport goods or passengers safely to designated locations
- Maintain mileage, fuel, delivery, incident, and delay records
- Communicate route updates with dispatchers and supervisors
Requirements:
- Appropriate valid Canadian driver’s licence
- Clean record with no recent accidents or violations
- Ability to complete required background checks and drug screening
- Capability to perform driving, loading, and unloading duties
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
