As an Assistant Team Leader, you will support the management team across daily retail operations and staff coordination. Responsibilities include shipments, shelving, store safety, cleanliness, and customer issue resolution. You will also follow up on assigned tasks and complete manager-on-duty duties when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shipments through daily boxing and unboxing
- Stock products across store shelves
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Provide customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Track breaks, time, and attendance as manager-on-duty
Requirements:
- Approximately one year of relevant retail industry experience
- One year of supervisory experience
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
- Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize in high-volume environments
