As Construction/Renovation Estimator, you will support the Senior Estimator within Sky Group of Companies. Your work covers multi-residential and commercial construction and restoration projects. The position combines supplier pricing, budget preparation, regulatory alignment, and communication with project stakeholders to support client-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop estimates with labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs
- Review blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Assess sites, confirm measurements, and collect project data
- Prepare budgets aligned with project financial goals
- Communicate changes with clients, architects, and engineers
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a construction estimator
- Multi-residential or commercial project experience preferred
