Use physical stamina and careful coordination to support loading, unloading, and route schedules as a full-time Driver Helper with LFL Group.
This position works alongside qualified drivers across various Canadian delivery locations. You will help manage packages, coordinate with dispatch, and support timely arrivals. The work calls for strong communication, attention to detail, safety commitment, and adaptability during changing delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate package loading and unloading with drivers
- Help manage routes and scheduled delivery arrivals
- Communicate issues and delays with dispatch teams
- Organize delivery vehicles and handling equipment
- Maintain secure practices throughout transportation and delivery
Requirements:
- Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics support experience preferred
- Ability to operate hand trucks or pallet jacks preferred
- Familiarity with Canadian geography and delivery routes preferred
- Customer service experience preferred for client interactions
- Ability to lift packages up to 100 pounds repeatedly
