GDI provides integrated facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada. As a Forklift Operator, you will move materials safely while cleaning production areas, steel waste bins, floors, and equipment. The position requires food industry experience, robust communication skills, and previous forklift experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Move, load, unload, and organize materials safely
- Maintain cleanliness across production areas and equipment
- Operate manual or powered floor-scrubbing equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance on floor machines and vacuums
- Wear specified protective gear around cleaning solutions

Requirements:

- Previous forklift experience
- High school diploma
- Food industry experience and food plant cleaning knowledge
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work hot, wet, and humid conditions
