Use fluent French and solid communication to guide S&S; Activewear customers through orders, product questions, and service issues. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
This Customer Service Representative role supports customers by telephone and helps them place orders or resolve existing-order concerns. You will discuss company products and programs, offer basic troubleshooting, and navigate websites with customers. Previous customer service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and basic math skills are required for this team-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with orders, products, programs, and existing-order issues
- Educate customers on products and services through telephone conversations
- Recommend solutions and provide basic troubleshooting support
- Follow forecasted schedules based on phone volumes
- Complete management-assigned duties while meeting service metrics
Requirements:
- Fluent French and ability to read and speak English
