Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring winter seasonal operators for highway maintenance across Ontario. This position requires heavy equipment operation, physical work, and outdoor service in changing weather. Operators help maintain provincial highways and complete labourer duties when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snowplows and wheel loaders as required
- Maintain provincial highways during seasonal operations
- Complete pothole and guardrail repair duties
- Perform bridge, signage, and hazard remediation work
- Respond to required shift and on-call assignments
Requirements:
- Hold a valid AZ or DZ license with air endorsement
- Submit a three-year commercial driver’s abstract
- Lift 50 pounds and perform demanding physical tasks
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Snowplow truck or wheel loader experience is an asset
