The Educational Assistant works as school based support alongside the classroom teacher. Preferred qualifications include experience or specialized training with special needs students. Successful candidates support children, individuals, and groups throughout classroom and out of classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support students alongside the classroom teacher
- Assist with student programming and classroom support
- Work with individual students in diverse settings
- Work with student groups inside and outside classrooms

Requirements:

- Experience working with special needs students preferred
- Specialized training working with special needs students preferred
- Grade 12 preferred but not mandatory
- Enjoy working with children
- Maintain student and workplace confidentiality
