Use commercial roofing systems knowledge and analytical skills to estimate retrofit work for Bothwell-Accurate’s onsite team in Winchester, Ontario. The position is full time.
Bothwell-Accurate delivers building envelope solutions across Ontario and British Columbia, backed by more than 60,000 completed projects. As a Re-Roofing Estimator, you will develop competitive bids for existing roof replacement or recovery. Your work will address hidden damage, updated building codes, demolition, disposal, and retrofit-compatible materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing roof conditions during detailed site visits
- Review drawings, inspection reports, and project specifications
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Track scope changes as site conditions emerge
- Support post-bid reviews and operations handoffs
Requirements:
- Three or more years estimating commercial roofing projects
- Specific re-roofing and retrofit experience
- Knowledge of TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and BUR
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
