Key Responsibilities:

- Coach Clothing Advisors and Specialists on sales productivity
- Drive Herringbone adoption and digital sales goals
- Build omni-channel clients across store and online channels
- Administer onboarding and assigned training programs
- Complete one-on-one meetings and performance assessments

Requirements:

- Three or more years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to manage store or department operations
- Proven documented coaching and development record
- Understanding of luxury retail business planning
