Use acute medicine nursing experience and advanced physical assessment skills as a Registered Practical Nurse at Oak Valley Health. Work 12 hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

This Registered Practical Nurse provides patient-centred care through the Resource Team and Interdisciplinary Health Care Team. You will support patients across hospital clinical areas and Oak Valley Health sites, including RCC. Your practice includes care planning, patient teaching, delegation, problem solving, and clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients and develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide education plans focused on patient goals
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team




- Support quality care across Oak Valley Health sites
- Apply delegation and interpersonal skills in practice

Requirements:

- Minimum two years recent acute medicine nursing experience
- Current Ontario Registered Practical Nurse registration
- Current BCLS certification
- Advanced Physical Assessment Skill required
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
