Support Honda customers and repair operations as a Parts Advisor using parts identification, ordering, and DMS skills at Whitby Oshawa Honda.

This Parts Advisor position serves internal and external customers within a process-driven dealership. You will obtain the correct part, search inventory, order requests, and monitor parts activity. Daily work includes repair-order documentation, special orders, backorders, receiving, stocking, and accessory tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with parts requests and accurate identification
- Use DMS to look up and monitor requests
- Order unavailable parts and record special orders
- Record parts disbursed against repair orders
- File paperwork for repair orders and backorders

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma required
- Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred
- Ability to monitor parts and accessory inventory
- Ability to receive and stock parts orders
