ASSA ABLOY Canada seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager to provide hands-on strategic and operational leadership. Support General Managers and people leaders with performance management, conflict resolution, engagement, retention, talent reviews, and organizational change. Collaborate with centralized Safety, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach leaders on engagement, retention, development, and effectiveness
- Support organizational design, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Manage union relationships with Carpenters Union branches




- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Use HR and safety metrics to identify trends and risks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, industrial relations, or related field
- Seven or more years of progressive HR experience
- Experience with investigations, performance management, and organizational change
- Robust influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
