This Location Operations Supervisor works alongside the Location Operations Manager to supervise crew and coordinate retail-location activities. Responsibilities span maintenance, warehouse functions, deliveries, customer records, and daily operations. The position also promotes Agronomy and Ag Innovation services for assigned customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance, warehouse, delivery, and daily operations
- Coordinate equipment operators, field maps, and custom application
- Deliver farm inputs directly to customers upon request
- Promote Agronomy and Ag Innovation services
- Maintain customer service, records, reporting, and facility standards
Requirements:
- Agriculture or agronomy background preferred
- Passion for agriculture and farmer success
- Robust organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt and make decisions
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
