Purolator’s Retail Representative Float supports customer relationships, shipment solutions, and retail service from Edmonton North Depot. Cover other freestanding locations as required.
This position reports to the Supervisor Retail and works in a retail center workplace. You will communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, account managers, and corporate partners. Daily work includes cash reconciliation, technology assistance, freight handling, and adherence to safety standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges
- Handle cash reconciliation, deposits, and key control
- Coordinate with Head Office and operational partners
- Maintain positive communication with customers and key contacts
- Follow corporate policies, procedures, uniforms, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Customer service orientation and demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Technology or point-of-sale system experience preferred
- Personal responsibility, accountability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Team and independent work experience considered an asset
