The Schlegel Villages team seeks an RPN for Long Term Care in 2026. The work includes medication and treatment administration, resident advocacy, and communication with families and care teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver resident-centered personal care and nursing support
- Identify and report changes in residents’ well-being
- Understand individual needs with multidisciplinary Village teams
- Collaborate with physicians during weekly rounds
- Support residents and families during care changes
Requirements:
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Heart Save Level of CPR certification
