Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is hiring a Fleet Lead to support dependable fleet operations across the assigned region. This full-time, permanent position leads maintenance activities, reviews major repairs, and considers asset history, mileage, utilization, age, and cost-effectiveness. Travel to project sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance teams completing repairs and preventive servicing
- Review major repairs with the Fleet Director
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend replacements
- Maintain protected, organized shops and yards
- Audit pre-trip inspections and fleet compliance

Requirements:

- Five years’ minimum fleet management or related experience
- Three years’ minimum maintenance supervision experience
- Ability to manage maintenance schedules and teams
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
