As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will help deliver timely payroll and North American benefits administration. You will maintain employee records, resolve payroll issues, and support year-end requirements across multiple regions. The work also includes tax monitoring, reporting, general ledger reconciliations, and vacation accrual administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support payroll reconciliations and resolve payroll-related issues
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries

- Complete payroll reporting and general ledger reconciliations
- Monitor payroll legislation and tax requirements

Requirements:

- Three years administering Canadian and United States payroll
- Experience in complex, multi-entity, or multinational environments

- Accurate analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
