Support Island Health residents overnight through personal care, nursing procedures, and medication administration. Work regular part time hours with rotating days off.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will care for complex but stable residents under a Manager or designate. The position requires collaboration with residents, families, coworkers, multidisciplinary teams, and the public. Practice follows BCCNM standards, agency policies, and unit-specific protocols while emphasizing quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess residents and organize individualized care plans
- Deliver personal care to complex stable residents
- Perform nursing procedures within established standards
- Administer medications within full scope practice
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams

Requirements:

- Practicing LPN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Ability to deal effectively with others
- Strong verbal and written communication ability
- Ability to operate related equipment
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties
