Use payroll expertise and collective agreement knowledge to support YVR’s unionized workforce. Provide accurate, timely service across pay, benefits, and leave administration.

This Payroll and Perks Administrator role sits within YVR’s Total Rewards Department and supports salaried, hourly, and unionized employees. You will apply provisions covering wages, overtime, premiums, holidays, leaves, and related entitlements. The position also combines benefits processing, employee records, reconciliations, and customer-focused inquiry resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply collective agreement provisions to payroll-related entitlements
- Maintain confidential time, attendance, vacation, and leave records
- Respond to employee, manager, and union payroll inquiries




- Review and validate payroll data for accuracy
- Process employee changes across health, dental, pension, and perquisites

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ experience in a comparable unionized role
- NPI PCP completion and accounting courses, or equivalent training
- Payroll or HRM systems experience, including Ceridian Dayforce, UKG, or SuccessFactors
- Advanced Excel capability with complex data sets
- Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines
