Nedco is seeking a Customer Service Sales Specialist in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

As part of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., Nedco provides electrical products across communications, wire and cable, lighting, data, and security. This Inside Sales Representative role centers on responsive customer service and sales support. You will manage daily inquiries, quotations, orders, stock checks, and customer follow-ups while assisting with e-commerce questions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer needs through phone and email
- Handle daily orders, inquiries, and quotations
- Deliver consistently high customer service
- Make at least four outbound calls daily
- Support customers with e-commerce inquiries

Requirements:

- Two years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Robust multitasking and time management capabilities
- Electrical product knowledge required; AS400 experience is an asset
