The City of Red Deer is hiring a municipal facility supervisor to guide operations and custodial staff. The work includes preparing facilities for bookings, supporting security and emergency response, and addressing users’ operational needs. Knowledge of sporting and other facility activities is key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure facilities meet booking and client requirements
- Guide staff toward cleanliness, service, and performance standards
- Coordinate daily operations and basic maintenance
- Support security, risk management, and safety compliance
- Communicate with facility users and respond courteously

Requirements:

- One year performing similar work in a comparable facility
- Experience with staff and building maintenance components
- Knowledge of sporting and other facility activities
- Ability to operate power and hand tools
- Ability to respond calmly during emergencies
