Support multiple QuadReal properties as a mobile Building Operator Level 2 with solid maintenance, inspection, and emergency response capabilities.

This intermediate building operations position reports to the Operations Manager and travels between properties using a company vehicle. The successful candidate helps maintain safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient buildings. Duties span tenant service, preventative maintenance, repairs, property inspections, utility readings, service contracts, and emergency response coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel between properties and perform daily building inspections
- Maintain mechanical and climate control systems
- Fulfill Incident Command duties under emergency plans




- Assist with tenant improvements and capital projects
- Prepare weekly reports for Operations and Property Managers

Requirements:

- Three years of related building operations experience
- Ability to work required hours and after-hours on-call rotations
- General maintenance procedures knowledge
- Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities
- Superior oral, written, and presentation skills
