- Lead the technical design development and implementation of solutions using Earnix at a Tech Lead developer level
- Work closely with business architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable pricing and rating solutions
- Define and implement branching strategies for development teams to support efficient and scalable CICD workflows
- Develop and deliver an overarching integration architecture between Earnix and Guidewire enabling seamless consumption of capabilities as a service
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across onshore nearshore and offshore to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Provide guidance on Earnix best practices data structures and modeling approaches
- Drive solution design reviews ensure code quality and enforce engineering standards Required Skills Experience
- Hands on Earnix experience at a Tech Lead or Senior Developer level
- Strong experience with Rating Guidewire GW and Insurance platforms
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing branching strategies Gitbased workflows preferred

- Solid understanding of microservices APIs and integration patterns
- Strong understanding of insurance pricing strategies underwriting workflows and rating algorithms

- Deep knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center Billing Center Claim Center integration frameworks
- Experience working with commercial or personal lines insurance products

- 7-10 years of Insurance Experience in Rating Earnix
- Hands on Earnix experience with a minimum of 3 years at Tech Lead or Architect level
- Robust knowledge of Earnix modeling configuration version control and deployment lifecycle Guidewire Integration
- Demonstrated experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire Policy Center and other policy admin systems
- Strong understanding of PC insurance rating structures rating workflows and integration points Technical Leadership
- Experience defining and managing branching strategies mandatory
- Implementation experience for API service layers enabling pricingasaservice consumption
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns API security data orchestration and microservices Insurance Domain
