Lead internal communications for performance management, benefits, compensation, and culture programs at Definity, combining HR fluency with inclusive, accessible storytelling.
This Manager, People and Culture Communications role partners closely with People and Culture on enterprise employee communications. You will guide a small communications team, counsel stakeholders, and develop campaigns for annual HR and Total Rewards cycles. Your work will make complex policies understandable while supporting organizational change, wellness, IDEA, and recognition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as communications counsel for People and Culture
- Lead annual HR and Total Rewards communication strategies
- Support wellness, IDEA, and recognition campaigns
- Communicate organizational design and operating model updates
- Provide direction, mentorship, and performance feedback
Requirements:
- Five to eight years of relevant communications experience
- Experience managing complex programs and stakeholder relationships
- Strong working knowledge of HR concepts
- Skilled judgment handling confidential information
- Ability to manage overlapping cycles and long-term campaigns
