Responsibilities include receiving prescriptions, applying established workflow models, counselling patients, and maintaining privacy. The role also requires collaboration with healthcare providers, compliance with OBWs and SOPs, and delivery of eligible patient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Pharmacy Managers and Staff Pharmacists with operations
- Receive prescriptions and refill requests from authorized sources
- Counsel patients on pharmaceutical products and services
- Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations
- Collaborate with clinics, Vision Centre, and community providers
Requirements:
- Valid Pharmacist License
- Minimum age of sixteen
- Follow Relief Pharmacist program OBW regulations
- Operate pharmacy equipment, registers, and computer systems
- Travel and follow Relief program coordinator schedules
