This full time permanent Manager Logistics position carries responsibility for efficient account operations and profitability. You will lead employees, coordinate with customers and senior management, and maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate accounts to meet customer expectations
- Resolve employee performance and policy issues
- Provide financial data and operations reports
- Obtain vendor quotes for purchased materials
- Ensure safety and security compliance

Requirements:

- Three or more years of relevant experience
- Two or more years leading direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics or business
- Advanced safety and security knowledge
