Develop purposeful beauty campaigns for The Ordinary and DECIEM through senior graphic design, concept creation, and cross-channel execution.

As a Freelance Senior Graphic Designer, you will create brand and product launch work for DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company. The role combines creative direction, presentations, mock-ups, templates, and production materials. You will collaborate with Heads of Design, illustrators, photographers, videographers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to brand and product launch creative direction
- Create high-quality presentations, mock-ups, and creative concepts
- Design templates and supporting campaign materials
- Collaborate on digital assets with UX and development teams
- Consult on design, technical, production, and scope issues

Requirements:

- At least five years of graphic design or multimedia experience
- Ability to interpret needs and data
- Ability to develop creative design solutions
- Passion for design and unconventional ideas
- Ability to work with staff and management at all levels
