As an Advisor within Business Operations Servicing and Enablement, you will connect business operations, data, and technology. Your work includes supporting SimCorp One and other platforms, translating operational needs into requirements, and improving production support practices. The position serves Public Markets, Private Markets, Performance, Accounting, and downstream consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support platform implementations, requirements, testing, readiness, and user support
- Monitor production processes, incidents, escalations, and support practices
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes
- Collaborate with business, technology, data teams,



and service providers
- Coordinate incident resolution across project teams and vendors

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in investment operations, systems, data, or financial services
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or information systems
- Experience with SimCorp One, Bloomberg AIM, SWIFT, Bottomline, or similar platforms
- Solid communication, documentation, coordination, and requirements skills
- Data files, system extracts, dashboards, or SQL analysis experience is an asset
