Smith + Andersen is seeking a Project Accountant for its Vancouver office. This accounting team member updates project information, coordinates database changes, and supports billing across fixed-fee and hourly projects. You will also prepare reports, investigate unbilled items, and communicate with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update project information in Deltek Vantagepoint
- Coordinate project database updates with Operations
- Process client contact and fee changes
- Prepare project reports, including work in progress valuation
- Research unbilled issues and pursue billing opportunities

Requirements:

- Two to three years of experience in accounting
- Accounting or Finance post-secondary degree or diploma
- Deltek Vantagepoint experience considered an asset
- Project accounting experience considered an asset
- Ability to review large amounts of data carefully
