Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical and medical leadership
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate Village Medical Services
- Provide ongoing medical orders for residents
- Participate in Medical Advisory Committee activities
- Assist with infection and outbreak management
Requirements:
- Valuable standing with the College of Physicians in Ontario
- Current geriatrics and gerontology knowledge
- Understanding of chronic disease management
- Knowledge of Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021
- Support clinical team mentorship and education
